Immediately following the opening ceremony of the International Food Control Conference 2026, the Plenary session, themed “Smart Food Safety Control toward International Harmonization,” concluded successfully with five presentations delivered by international and Vietnamese experts. In particular, the scientific panel discussion clarified several in-depth issues regarding risk assessment and risk management, thereby providing valuable and practical scientific information for both researchers and food safety managers.
