Handbook for Chemical Risk Assessment in Food Safety

The “Handbook for Chemical Risk Assessment in Food Safety” was compiled by the Taskforce on Food Safety Risk Assessment. The group includes experts on all products from agencies, research institutes, and universities, such as: Department of Food Safety, University of Public Health, Institute of Food Safety Control, Institute of Nutrition, Trung Giao Service Hygiene, Department of Animal Health, Veterinary Medicine, Vietnam Academy of Agriculture. During the process of collecting information and editing the handbook, the authors received comments, discussions, and provided useful documents from experts from relevant units to complete the handbook.
